Business Development Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving outbound sales efforts and delivering effective product demonstrations to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make over 200 outbound calls each day to prospective clients.
• Conduct engaging and informative video counselling and product demo sessions.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Keep accurate records in CRM systems and follow up diligently.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any field is required.
• Fluent spoken Bengali is essential for this role.
• Excellent communication and people skills are vital.
• Previous experience in EdTech inside sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information

The position involves working hours from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
