Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the branch smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead and supervise branch staff to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.

• Oversee cash flow and inventory controls within the branch.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 4 to 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the mortgage finance sector.
