Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the branch smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and supervise branch staff to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and manage risk effectively.
- Oversee cash flow and inventory controls within the branch.
- Execute sales strategies and actively promote the company’s products.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 4 to 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the mortgage finance sector.
Eligibility
