We invite applications for the role of Assistant Skybar Manager at TAPASAKE, a rapidly growing concept blending exceptional Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine, set against breathtaking views and a lively atmosphere. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Skybar Manager in managing day-to-day bar operations effectively.
- Provide leadership and motivation to the bar team to ensure exemplary guest service.
- Maintain consistent adherence to luxury hospitality standards throughout service.
- Promote premium beverage sales by coaching staff and encouraging upselling techniques.
- Oversee the quality and presentation of beverages served.
- Assist with stock control and beverage cost management.
- Ensure seamless service during high-demand sunset and evening hours.
- Handle guest feedback and issues professionally, aiming to surpass expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Encourage a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A minimum of four years’ experience in luxury bar settings, rooftop venues, beach clubs, or lifestyle destinations.
- Prior supervisory or management roles in similar environments.
- Strong leadership abilities coupled with effective communication skills.
- Experience in handling high-volume service operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of premium beverages and their presentation.
- Commercial acumen demonstrated by success in increasing beverage sales.
- A passion for delivering luxury hospitality experiences.
- Exceptional guest interaction capabilities.
