Accounting Supervisor - Accounts Payable/Receivable

As an Accounting Supervisor focused on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records related to receivables from guests, tenants, concessionaires, credit card companies, online transactions, and employees. Beyond financial accuracy, this position contributes to creating memorable experiences for all guests through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safekeeping of signed cheques by storing them securely in the Financial Controller's safe and keeping detailed logs.
• Verify invoice documentation thoroughly before releasing to ensure accuracy.
• Manage an organized and current filing system while providing prompt and professional responses to all inquiries.
• Support hotel operations by performing various ad hoc tasks and maintaining precise records of all receivables.
• Guarantee the correctness and timely submission of all charges and account statements related to guests, groups, banquets, employees, and credit card companies.

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong attention to detail paired with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems such as Check SCM and SUN.
• Possession of a professional accounting qualification is considered an advantage.
