Job Overview

As a Commercial Manager, you will craft and drive commercial strategies to enhance profitability and market presence, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a pre-opening environment in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated commercial plan spanning all revenue segments.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Finance teams to align commercial initiatives with revenue objectives, aiming to control cost and maximize profit and margin.
• Lead price setting, revenue forecasting, and business review processes to optimize yields across service areas.
• Synchronize sales, marketing, eCommerce, and PR activities to reinforce the brand’s market position and stimulate demand.
• Continuously track market trends and competitors to keep commercial approaches current and competitive.
• Forge and maintain strong partnerships both internally and with external stakeholders to secure long-term commercial benefits.
• Manage, motivate, and retain a high-performing team through effective leadership, performance monitoring, and employee recognition.
