Operations Internship

About the Role and Responsibilities

This internship offers hands-on experience in operational support within an educational startup environment. Key daily tasks include managing client communications via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels, scheduling calls and meetings, maintaining comprehensive records such as CRM entries, enquiry and attendance records, and operational checklists. The intern will also support coordination and logistical aspects of learning sessions, outreach programs, partner and vendor management, as well as basic marketing functions. Additional duties involve handling bookings, tracking expenses and documents, following up with candidates, and managing interview schedules.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship at the company's location in Hyderabad starting between 10th July and 14th August 2026 for a 6-month period.
• Should possess effective spoken and written English communication skills to interact courteously with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Should demonstrate strong organizational skills, including discipline in managing follow-ups, trackers, schedules, records, and reminders.
• Comfortable using productivity tools such as spreadsheets, word processors, email, WhatsApp, and similar software.
• Able to support sessions scheduled during evenings or weekends, with compensatory time off as applicable.
• Must be able to commute independently to the Financial District in Hyderabad.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 14,000 to 15,000.
