Job Overview

Work Environment and Location
Work is conducted at 1800 30th Street, Suite 100, Bakersfield, CA 93301-1929, within climate-controlled office areas featuring natural and artificial lighting. Tasks are performed in private offices or courtrooms, requiring extensive computer use for drafting documents, research, and correspondence.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Applicants must be members of the State Bar of California and comply with the California Code of Judicial Ethics.
- Candidates must be reachable via an existing employment list, possess transfer or reinstatement eligibility, or be eligible through other recognized pathways, including SROA and Surplus, who receive priority.
