Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and meticulous UI/UX Designer with over five years of experience designing user-friendly and visually engaging digital products. This full-time position is based in Hyderabad, India, with opportunities across Pan India.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to gather and analyze user requirements.
• Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and usability testing to understand user needs and challenges.
• Design user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Create visually appealing and responsive designs for digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency.
• Perform usability testing and refine designs iteratively based on feedback.
• Work closely with development teams to guarantee accurate execution of designs.
• Promote UX best practices and user-centered design principles within projects.
• Maintain consistency in branding and visual identity standards across solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years' experience in UI/UX design roles.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating comprehensive design work from concept to final product.
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Strong grasp of Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking methodologies, and usability guidelines.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies is beneficial.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum development environments.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
