Responsibilities
- Generate insurance business through the team assigned to this role.
- Provide coordinated pre-sales and post-sales support and service to clients.
- Meet premium and NOP targets to contribute to the organisation’s overall growth.
- Run sales and related processes efficiently to improve business output.
- Place the right people in the right roles at the right time to raise productivity.
- Choose and execute the most effective business acquisition approach to achieve a profitable business mix.
- Lead and manage the team to maintain performance and delivery.
