Role overview

This position focuses on driving insurance business from the assigned team while ensuring strong support to customers before and after the sale. The role is based in Kota, Rajasthan, and is centered on delivering steady quarter-on-quarter growth as well as meeting business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate insurance business through the team assigned to this role.
  • Provide coordinated pre-sales and post-sales support and service to clients.
  • Meet premium and NOP targets to contribute to the organisation’s overall growth.
  • Run sales and related processes efficiently to improve business output.
  • Place the right people in the right roles at the right time to raise productivity.
  • Choose and execute the most effective business acquisition approach to achieve a profitable business mix.
  • Lead and manage the team to maintain performance and delivery.

Job challenges
