Tier 1 Scheduler - Full-Time Remote Position

Overview

The IMA Group is seeking a dedicated Tier 1 Scheduler to join their team remotely on a full-time basis. This position primarily involves coordinating medical and psychological examination appointments while handling both inbound and outbound communications in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and maintain scheduling for medical and psychological exams
• Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing phone calls related to appointments and client communication
• Accurately input and update scheduling data within the system
• Serve as a liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent certification
• At least one year of experience in clerical work, call center operations, or customer service roles
• Proficient computer skills to handle scheduling software and communication tools effectively

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $16
