Overview
The IMA Group is seeking a dedicated Tier 1 Scheduler to join their team remotely on a full-time basis. This position primarily involves coordinating medical and psychological examination appointments while handling both inbound and outbound communications in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and maintain scheduling for medical and psychological exams
- Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing phone calls related to appointments and client communication
- Accurately input and update scheduling data within the system
- Serve as a liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent certification
- At least one year of experience in clerical work, call center operations, or customer service roles
- Proficient computer skills to handle scheduling software and communication tools effectively
