Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Receive and accurately enter parts and supplies into inventory systems.
- Distribute parts and materials for work and sales orders following reservations and requests.
- Handle processing of component parts according to detailed work instructions.
- Operate forklifts to manage receipt of deliveries and shipping of goods.
- Process parts requiring rework as necessary.
- Perform inventory audits, investigate inconsistencies, and forward results for supervisory approval.
- Carry out administrative tasks to maintain efficient departmental operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
- Lead and implement Continuous Improvement projects within the assigned section.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Permanent work eligibility in Canada is required.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, shipping, or transportation fields is advantageous.
- Forklift certification or the capability to obtain one is considered a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven aptitude for working independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to providing prompt and excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Effective problem-solving, reasoning, and decision-making abilities within team settings.
- Meticulous attention to detail supported by competent computer skills.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate in a team environment.
