Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative

Role overview

This is a permanent, full-time position based in West Cork, with the workday beginning at home and ending at home. The role involves visiting a range of customers each day, finding practical solutions to service issues, and completing site services such as installing, fitting, collecting, and exchanging units or products. A key part of the job is delivering a consistently strong customer experience while also spotting opportunities to introduce additional sales and support team performance goals.

The starting salary is €29,350, with an on-target earnings figure of €32,500.

Key duties

• Handle customer service calls and deliveries in a professional, well-managed way.
• Keep service management informed with timely updates and feedback on customer requests and related matters.
• Make sure all stock and services provided to customers are appropriate for their needs.
• Support the planning of routes for new customer service needs.
• Follow the company’s health and safety rules and procedures at all times.
• Work to meet or go beyond customer expectations on every visit.

What the role requires

• A full, clean Irish or EU driving licence.
• Confidence in organising work and meeting deadlines while balancing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
