  • Conduct monthly strategic calls and provide weekly performance updates summarizing activities, changes, and upcoming plans.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures while proactively recommending process improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with the fulfillment team through clear and prompt communication using Slack and internal platforms.

Requirements
