Position Summary
The Senior Adviser role within the Public-Non Financial Corporation (PNFC) Governance and Planning team is responsible for delivering high-quality secretariat, administrative, and reporting support to the Homes Victoria Advisory Board. This position drives strategic governance initiatives across Homes Victoria and provides pragmatic solutions to complex governance and planning challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage secretariat and administrative functions for the Homes Victoria Advisory Board, including organizing meetings and workshops, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and recording actions and conflicts of interest.
- Oversee strategic projects that support board operations such as forward planning, recruitment, and evaluation processes.
- Assist in the functioning and enhancement of Homes Victoria executive governance committees by engaging with senior executives and delivering secretariat support.
Additional Information
This role requires close collaboration with both the Homes Victoria Advisory Board members and the executive management team to uphold and improve governance standards.
