Overview

The Restaurant Team Member position involves preparing food and beverages in accordance with brand operational standards, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to brand guidelines, recipes, and established procedures.
• Comply with food safety regulations at all times.
• Prepare and assemble food and drink orders accurately.
• Package customer orders correctly for delivery or pick-up.
• Gain thorough knowledge of the menu, including special promotions, to effectively respond to guest queries.
• Keep workstations tidy and well-organized.
• Clean equipment and restaurant areas frequented by staff and guests.
• Manage stock levels of items like cups and lids at the workstation.
• Take orders and process payments at the Drive Thru or front counter, if assigned.
• Meet speed of service benchmarks while maintaining order accuracy.
• Engage with guests to provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Foster a guest-centric atmosphere within the restaurant.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication with management and colleagues.
• Organize and maintain storage and refrigeration areas.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
