Position Overview

The Restaurant Team Member plays a key role in preparing food and beverages while adhering to established operational standards. This position involves delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to brand guidelines, recipes, and operational procedures.
• Comply with food safety protocols at all times.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders accurately.
• Package orders efficiently for customer delivery.
• Have thorough knowledge of the menu, including current promotions, to assist customers effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workstation and equipment.
• Clean service areas as well as guest-facing spaces regularly.
• Manage inventory by stocking supplies like cups and lids at workstations.
• Process orders and payments at the Drive Thru or Front Counter when required.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and correctly in line with speed of service standards.
• Engage with guests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere focused on customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with managers and colleagues.
• Keep stock rooms and refrigerated storage areas organized and well-maintained.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
