Reservations Agent - Arabic Speaker

Position Overview

City Centre Rotana Doha is seeking motivated and guest-oriented Revenue professionals to join their team as Reservations Agents. The role demands a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth, efficient booking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and confirm room reservations made via phone, letter, or fax, ensuring accurate input into the reservation system.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and special requests relating to reservations.
• Stay informed about current hotel promotions, room rates, facilities, and follow standardized procedures for reservations.
• Demonstrate full product knowledge, understand pricing structures, and apply rate management principles accordingly.
• Maintain organized filing of correspondence and prepare reports as requested by the Reservations Manager or Supervisor.
• Promote positive public relations to maximize business opportunities and uphold an accurate room availability status at all times.
• Ensure all incoming calls and emails are answered promptly and handled in line with company standards.
• Coordinate visa requests for hotel guests according to hotel policy and proactively upsell services when opportunities arise.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a diploma or degree in hospitality or related field.
• Prior experience working in hotel reservations.
• Competence in computer usage.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
