Role overview
In this position, you will manage incoming deliveries, keep a tight hold on stock levels, and make sure products are stored and issued correctly.
Key responsibilities
- Take delivery of all incoming goods and verify them carefully against expected volume and quantity.
- Record internal stock transfers in the system every day.
- Support monthly stock counts together with the controlling team.
- Check all items entering the hotel for quantity and general condition.
- Raise complaints immediately whenever discrepancies or issues are found.
- Make sure goods are delivered to the correct destination without delay.
- Organize the receipt, handover, and return of event materials from the ramp in an orderly way.
- Handle warehouse loans and returnable empty items independently.
- Keep the work area neat and hygienic at all times.
