Key Responsibilities

  • At least five years’ experience in document control roles, preferably in senior or lead positions.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems and familiarity with multiple document management platforms.
  • Experience coordinating document control in large engineering projects, ideally within oil and gas or equivalent industrial sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, including client presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary project workflows with attention to detail.
  • Leadership qualities suited for matrix organizational environments and a proactive work approach.
  • High energy level, initiative-driven, and capable of prioritizing under demanding conditions.
