About the Role and Company
Join the dynamic team at Great Little Box Company, a family-owned packaging and manufacturing leader since 1982. We produce Labels, Corrugated Boxes, Folding Cartons, Digital Prints, Protective Packaging, and Shipping Supplies. Work Schedule and Location
This role is based at our Mitchell Island facility (11300 Twigg Place) working the afternoon shift from Tuesday to Friday, 1:15 PM to 11:45 PM, in the Folding Cartons Division.
Compensation
The pay for this position begins at $20.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Accurately label materials ensuring product correctness.
- Re-stack completed and stripped products as needed.
- Support and engage in 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production waste, collaborate with team to identify root causes of defects, and promote quality enhancements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area at all times.
- Undertake additional manufacturing tasks assigned by the production supervisor.
