Work Schedule and Location

This role is based at our Mitchell Island facility (11300 Twigg Place) working the afternoon shift from Tuesday to Friday, 1:15 PM to 11:45 PM, in the Folding Cartons Division.

Compensation

The pay for this position begins at $20.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Accurately label materials ensuring product correctness.
• Re-stack completed and stripped products as needed.
• Support and engage in 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production waste, collaborate with team to identify root causes of defects, and promote quality enhancements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area at all times.
• Undertake additional manufacturing tasks assigned by the production supervisor.
