Role Overview

Felixa Builder is looking for a Presales Executive in Chennai to support the sales pipeline through outbound calling, lead follow-up, and site visit coordination. The role centers on keeping prospects engaged, organizing visits smoothly, and maintaining accurate tracking of daily and monthly activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Place around 120 outbound calls each day.
• Reconnect with previously lost leads and continue nurturing them through the funnel.
• Plan and schedule property site visits, then coordinate the required follow-ups.
• Manage daily site visit calendars and keep the associated databases updated.
• Maintain separate monthly records for work progress and activity data.
• Handle the full process of site visit coordination from start to finish.
• Share a daily end-of-day update in the group.
