Role Overview

Felixa Builder is looking for a Presales Executive in Chennai to support the sales pipeline through outbound calling, lead follow-up, and site visit coordination. The role centers on keeping prospects engaged, organizing visits smoothly, and maintaining accurate tracking of daily and monthly activities.

Key Responsibilities

Place around 120 outbound calls each day.
Reconnect with previously lost leads and continue nurturing them through the funnel.
Plan and schedule property site visits, then coordinate the required follow-ups.
Manage daily site visit calendars and keep the associated databases updated.
Maintain separate monthly records for work progress and activity data.
Handle the full process of site visit coordination from start to finish.
Share a daily end-of-day update in the group.
