Role Overview
Felixa Builder is looking for a Presales Executive in Chennai to support the sales pipeline through outbound calling, lead follow-up, and site visit coordination. The role centers on keeping prospects engaged, organizing visits smoothly, and maintaining accurate tracking of daily and monthly activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Place around 120 outbound calls each day.
- Reconnect with previously lost leads and continue nurturing them through the funnel.
- Plan and schedule property site visits, then coordinate the required follow-ups.
- Manage daily site visit calendars and keep the associated databases updated.
- Maintain separate monthly records for work progress and activity data.
- Handle the full process of site visit coordination from start to finish.
- Share a daily end-of-day update in the group.
