Job description
Candidate Profile
- Must hold IWS/ILAM Pool Lifeguard certification or an equivalent qualification.
- Possessing Assistant Swim Teacher credentials is considered a plus.
- Required to be a certified First Aider.
- Exemplary guest care and customer service skills are essential.
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts is necessary.
- Holding the National Swimming and Spa Pool Certificate (NSSPC) is desirable.
- Having a nationally recognized NCEHS/NCEF Fitness Instructors qualification or similar is advantageous.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver outstanding guest services.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor with all visitors.
- Warmly welcome guests and efficiently manage order taking processes.
- Assist with swim lessons and other instructional classes as needed.
- Stay well-informed about the available products and services offered by the centre.
- Clean and upkeep all leisure centre facilities to ensure a tidy environment.
- Work flexible shifts, including 3 to 5 shifts per week during mornings and evenings.
