Leisure Centre Attendant

Candidate Profile

• Must hold IWS/ILAM Pool Lifeguard certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Possessing Assistant Swim Teacher credentials is considered a plus.
• Required to be a certified First Aider.
• Exemplary guest care and customer service skills are essential.
• Availability to work evening and weekend shifts is necessary.
• Holding the National Swimming and Spa Pool Certificate (NSSPC) is desirable.
• Having a nationally recognized NCEHS/NCEF Fitness Instructors qualification or similar is advantageous.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver outstanding guest services.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor with all visitors.
• Warmly welcome guests and efficiently manage order taking processes.
• Assist with swim lessons and other instructional classes as needed.
• Stay well-informed about the available products and services offered by the centre.
• Clean and upkeep all leisure centre facilities to ensure a tidy environment.
• Work flexible shifts, including 3 to 5 shifts per week during mornings and evenings.
