Learning & Development Executive

Overview

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Executive to assist the L&D Manager in establishing and operating the training function within a dynamic hospitality environment focused on children's entertainment. This position offers a mix of direct training delivery for customer service teams and administrative coordination to maintain efficient training operations, aiming to support staff in consistently creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate onboarding and induction sessions for new hires including customer service, front-of-house, and play area personnel, collaborating closely with the L&D Manager.
• Deliver refresher courses and on-the-job training covering customer service excellence, guest interaction, safety procedures, and company brand standards.
• Support the L&D Manager in creating customized training materials such as content, interactive activities, and role-playing scenarios tailored to a kids’ entertainment and hospitality setting.
• Perform regular floor observations to provide immediate coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
• Assist with the administration of assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations to assess the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.
