Role Overview
We are hiring a KYC Services Analyst to join our KYC Team, reporting to the Managing Director of KYC. The analyst will support private investment firms by managing Know Your Customer screening processes, enabling loan closings, counterparty onboarding, and periodic updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute thorough KYC screening and onboarding in line with customized compliance playbooks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with private investment clients, understanding their internal policies and workflows.
- Communicate consistently and effectively with clients, maintaining clarity and professionalism in a fast-moving environment.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience working as a KYC professional or paralegal.
- Background specifically in KYC at banking institutions or private equity funds.
- Strong customer service skills enabling direct client and counterparty interactions to gather information and provide support for a seamless KYC process.
- Exceptional attention to detail when handling high volumes of KYC documentation, questionnaire responses, and coordination among stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with a polished and responsive approach, upholding brand reputation and service quality.
Compensation and Location
The base salary range is $83,330 to $116,600, with total compensation potentially including commissions, variable pay, equity awards, or profit interests. Hiring is exclusively for candidates located in the United States with an emphasis on Eastern and Central Time Zones, covering states such as Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
