About the Role

A prominent global investment management firm is seeking an experienced Performance & Attribution Lead to spearhead its Investment Analytics division. This senior leadership position involves managing a worldwide team focused on Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset strategies, while driving strategic changes in a highly visible function.

Reporting directly to the Head of Investment Analytics, the chosen candidate will oversee a global team and collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers, Investment Directors, Risk, Technology, Product, and Client teams to provide top-tier performance attribution and insightful investment analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor senior managers handling Performance Attribution across diverse portfolios such as Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset, nurturing a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Manage the production, governance, and interpretation of performance and attribution metrics, ensuring the methodologies used are rigorous, consistent, and reflect industry standards.
• Champion strategic transformation efforts including system upgrades, automation, and process refinement by partnering with Technology and core business stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Substantial experience in Performance Attribution, Performance Measurement, Investment Analytics, or related roles within asset management or institutional investing.
• Demonstrated expertise in Fixed Income investment strategies, with a track record of managing senior leaders or leading geographically dispersed teams in a global setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience executing large-scale change projects and working collaboratively with senior leaders across Investments, Technology, Product, and Client teams.
