Role Overview
This position involves collaborating across various teams and the global operations organization to empower investigators to make appropriate decisions that benefit customers and enhance business metrics.
Key Duties
- Work closely with operational managers to evolve the advisor role and provide ongoing feedback from patterns identified through interactions between advisors and investigators.
- Manage basic operational tasks including timely resolution of investigator queries within defined service level agreements.
- Lead people management efforts by resolving investigator issues and fostering communication to develop investigators in foundational production activities.
- Identify opportunities for removing operational inefficiencies and improving existing procedures and standard operating protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Experience exceeding 18 months managing Notice of Investigation (NOI) Reports and Appeals.
- Self-driven with the capability to independently develop expertise in new operational areas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with investigators and stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly simplify and explain complex policy topics.
- Proven track record mentoring remote teams.
- Must have no involvement in any Performance Improvement Plan or development plans in the last year.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in both NOI and Network Investigation (NI) areas.
- Active participation in Knowledge Transfer initiatives within the RA KTR community.
- Experience identifying progress gaps and proposing changes to processes.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to resolve progress issues.
- Experience conducting defect audits for teams or functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel to generate reports.
