Position Overview
Honor is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to provide compassionate and personalized care in clients' residences across Sonoma County, with the majority of opportunities located in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Petaluma. Caregivers can select from a variety of shift options, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and overnight, with efforts made to align schedules consistently according to caregiver availability and client needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $20.75
- Weekly salary payments via direct deposit
- New hire bonus of $250 applicable through August 31, 2026, contingent upon good standing and completing at least 16 visits within the first 45 days
- Caregiver referral bonus of $700

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one personal care within clients' homes
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and managing incontinence
- Support clients with safe mobility techniques and physical transfers
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks
- Provide companionship and help clients maintain safety and independence in their homes
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of six months paid professional caregiving experience, excluding family caregiving, or possession of an active CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN credential
- Availability to commit to at least two consistent recurring shifts weekly with the same client(s)
- Comfort with providing hands-on personal care
- Capability to assist with client transfers safely
- Basic proficiency in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- Willingness and ability to complete all necessary compliance, registration, and licensing procedures
Transportation Details
Although possessing a driver’s license and dependable transportation is not mandatory, it may enhance the caregiver's access to additional client assignments throughout Sonoma County.
