Role Overview

This is a full-time position based onsite in Accra, focusing on human resources management. The HR Officer will be charged with formulating and executing HR policies, managing employee affairs, administering benefits, and overseeing comprehensive HR processes. Duties include ensuring adherence to labor laws, aiding in workforce planning, and nurturing positive employee relations to improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Practical experience in Human Resources and HR management functions
• Familiarity with HR policies and employee benefits schemes
• Competence in personnel management and maintaining employee relations
• Strong grasp of labor legislations and compliance requirements
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or similar discipline
• Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within team-based environments
• Academic recognition of First Class or Second Class Upper division
