Role Summary

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the excellence of guest accommodations. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring that guest rooms are clean, inviting, and maintained according to Rixos Bab Al Bahr’s high standards, thereby contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and upkeep guest rooms, suites, and public spaces following established hotel standards.
• Ensure pristine presentation of rooms including precise bed-making, replenishing amenities, and conducting final quality inspections.
• Deliver respectful, unobtrusive, and tailored service while honoring guest privacy.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items.
• Adhere strictly to housekeeping standard operating procedures, health and safety protocols, and hygiene guidelines.
• Use cleaning tools, chemicals, and linen supplies responsibly and efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, front office, and engineering departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in housekeeping within luxury hotels or resorts is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong dedication to cleanliness.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the role.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and possession of a positive, cooperative attitude.
