  • Manage partnerships with internal teams and external providers regarding immigration, visa, and work permit issues.
  • Guarantee accurate and timely completion of employment-related paperwork and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain precise employee data within the HR system.
  • Serve as the main contact for employees during onboarding and relocation stages.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with local employment and immigration regulations.
  • Continuously improve global onboarding and mobility workflows.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in global mobility, HR operations, or people operations, ideally at a senior or managerial level.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal existing structure, similar to startup settings.
  • Solid background in HR with comprehensive understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience onboarding employees across multiple legal jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to independently manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving aptitude.
  • Familiarity with HR systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range between 75,000 and 85,000 euros annually.
  • Generous annual leave in addition to public holidays.
  • Inclusive group pension scheme featuring employer contributions.
  • Free parking facilities at the workplace.
  • Access to an on-site gym facility.
