Role Overview

We seek enthusiastic, professional, and hospitable Front Desk Agents to serve as the welcoming face of our hotel and ensure memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Address guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism.
• Accurately handle reservations, process payments, and manage billing tasks.
• Maintain complete and precise guest records.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various hotel departments for a smooth guest experience.
• Provide outstanding service adhering to Radisson standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in front office or guest services within hospitality is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A positive disposition combined with a passion for customer service.
• Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages beneficial.
