About the Role
The Victoria Hotel in Galway is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join their dynamic and lively team immediately. This position offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, delivering outstanding customer service while performing various food and beverage duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Take and serve customer orders efficiently.
- Maintain consistently high service quality standards.
- Follow directions provided by the Food and Beverage Manager.
- Monitor and update stock level changes accurately.
- Assist with bar shifts by serving both drinks and food.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience working in a busy restaurant or similar food and beverage environment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure.
- Fluency in English is essential for communication.
- Strong enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Good knowledge of bar service operations.
- Capability to show initiative and problem-solve independently.
