Role Overview
TalentPop is hiring a motivated, target-focused E-commerce Sales Associate to work remotely as a Growth Consultant. This is a consultative sales role rather than a traditional call center position. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating new sales opportunities, moving qualified prospects through the funnel, and showing how TalentPop’s solutions help e-commerce businesses perform better.
This position is best suited to someone who enjoys closing deals, working in a fast-moving environment, and being rewarded through uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities
The role is centered on driving sales performance and revenue growth by using product knowledge, communication skills, and a structured sales approach.
- Handle the full sales process from outreach and qualification to demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Approach prospects as a strategic advisor, identifying e-commerce challenges such as cart abandonment and low conversion rates and presenting solutions to address them.
- Work toward and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets and performance metrics.
- Deliver strong virtual presentations and product demos tailored to key decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, and marketing leaders.
- Respond to objections confidently, explain the value of the offering, and help the company stand apart from competitors.
- Keep the CRM updated with accurate records of leads, pipeline progress, and customer interactions.
Candidate Profile
The company is looking for self-motivated professionals with prior success in sales, business development, or demanding customer service environments.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role with a record of meeting goals.
- Good understanding of e-commerce tools and platforms, including Shopify and WooCommerce, as well as digital marketing basics.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone for client conversations and outreach.
- Comfort using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, along with video conferencing tools.
- Strong drive to perform in a commission-based environment and work independently in a remote setup.
