Daily Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive grooming services, including breed-specific styles.
• Deliver exemplary customer service with personalized grooming recommendations.
• Effectively manage client appointments and cultivate strong customer relationships.
• Maintain the salon’s appearance and adhere to safety standards.
• Assist the Store Manager with salon operational duties.
• Contribute to achieving salon performance targets while prioritizing pet welfare.
• Collaborate closely with the entire store team.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven experience in professional dog grooming.
• Grooming qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong commitment to implementing and sustaining salon and store safety practices.
• Knowledge of breed-specific clipping styles, including expertise in maintaining grooming techniques and product knowledge.
• Physically capable of handling and lifting heavier animals as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to safely handle live animals.
• Advanced understanding of zoonotic and skin conditions and ability to identify them.
• Track record of exceeding grooming KPIs through quality care, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Highly attentive to detail in all grooming and customer service tasks.
