About the Role
PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG is seeking a Data Officer for their Mannheim or Fürth location. This role is available immediately and is a fixed-term position lasting 1.5 years. The Data Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining article, manufacturer, and industry data within the Central Data Maintenance system.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain article, manufacturer, and industry data records.
- Ensure high data quality through the validation, checking, and correction of master data and processing of industry data such as IFA master data.
- Maintain cross-departmental data indicators and conduct regular quality and plausibility assessments.
- Generate reports and analyses while collaborating with various departments to fulfill data-related requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support digitalization and automation efforts (e.g., with Power Automate) while complying with data protection and legal standards.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Strong affinity for data and excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Methodical, precise, and analytical approach with a thorough understanding of data relationships.
- Experience in process analysis and optimization; familiarity with Lean Management or Continuous Improvement Processes (KVP) is advantageous.
- Good teamwork, communication skills, self-initiative, and ideally experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools.
