Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
We are conducting a Walk-in Drive to recruit motivated immediate joiners for the position of Customer Support Engineer. This role requires working primarily night shifts to provide exceptional support to international clients. The role includes:
- Communicating effectively with callers, including handling challenging interactions with excellent etiquette and phonetic skills.
- Providing support via international phone and email channels.
- Resolving queries raised by clients, vendors, and providers promptly.
- Adhering to project KPIs and SLAs to ensure top-quality service delivery.
- Utilizing research and analytical skills for detailed investigations.
- Having a strong desire to build a career within the BPO domain.
Mandatory Expectations and Work Conditions
- Hybrid work model with an emphasis on onsite presence.
- Candidates should either be local to Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
- Fixed night shift schedule, with shift timings around 6 PM to 9 PM.
- Willingness to work on India and US public holidays.
- Weekly offs will rotate according to schedule.
- Experience in writing or customizing SQL queries is required.
- Ability to thrive in a high occupancy environment with 90% or more active time.
- Strong communication skills paired with excellent coordination and client relations abilities.
- Compensation commensurate with budget expectations.
Additional Information
Walk-in location is Hyderabad. Date for walk-in interviews is to be announced. Immediate joining or early joiners are preferred.
