Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

We are conducting a Walk-in Drive to recruit motivated immediate joiners for the position of Customer Support Engineer. This role requires working primarily night shifts to provide exceptional support to international clients. The role includes:

• Communicating effectively with callers, including handling challenging interactions with excellent etiquette and phonetic skills.
• Providing support via international phone and email channels.
• Resolving queries raised by clients, vendors, and providers promptly.
• Adhering to project KPIs and SLAs to ensure top-quality service delivery.
• Utilizing research and analytical skills for detailed investigations.
• Having a strong desire to build a career within the BPO domain.

Mandatory Expectations and Work Conditions

• Hybrid work model with an emphasis on onsite presence.
• Candidates should either be local to Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
• Fixed night shift schedule, with shift timings around 6 PM to 9 PM.
• Willingness to work on India and US public holidays.
• Weekly offs will rotate according to schedule.
• Experience in writing or customizing SQL queries is required.
• Ability to thrive in a high occupancy environment with 90% or more active time.
• Strong communication skills paired with excellent coordination and client relations abilities.
• Compensation commensurate with budget expectations.

Walk-in location is Hyderabad. Date for walk-in interviews is to be announced. Immediate joining or early joiners are preferred.
