About the Role
Foundever is seeking Customer Service Representatives for its US International Telecom process supporting Verizon, located in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This role involves handling customer support tasks with a focus on delivering excellent service and communication.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service for Verizon telecom customers.
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills.
- Preferred prior customer service experience for candidates with work history.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Completed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) plus a minimum of 6 months relevant experience, or
- Graduate freshers or candidates awaiting graduation results.
- For those with at least 1 year experience, higher salary benefits apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary for fresh candidates: Fixed ₹24,000 plus ₹2,000 variable component.
- Salary for experienced candidates (min. 1 year): Fixed ₹29,000 plus ₹3,000 variable component.
