Candidate Profile

• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to manage stress and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy.
• Completion of high school diploma and preferably bachelor's degree.
