Job Overview
Join Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd as a Customer Service Specialist handling inbound customer interactions in Gurugram. This role involves managing customer inquiries over the phone, providing comprehensive details on insurance products and services, assisting clients in making informed coverage choices, maintaining meticulous records of interactions, and efficiently resolving complaints.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns via telephone.
- Offer thorough explanations about Policybazaar's insurance products and services.
- Guide customers to make well-informed insurance decisions.
- Keep detailed records of all customer communications and transactions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capability to manage stress and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy.
- Completion of high school diploma and preferably bachelor's degree.
