Collection Executive

Role Overview

We seek a Collection Executive to become a part of our Retail Finance Collections division. The primary task is to recover overdue loan payments via direct customer engagement and ensure adherence to company protocols.

Key Duties

• Proactively engage with customers to recover outstanding loan amounts.
• Conduct field visits to customers to negotiate repayment settlements.
• Manage repossession or surrender of vehicles linked to overdue loan accounts.
• Record customer interaction details, visit summaries, and contact updates within the Collection App.
• Ensure collections are deposited promptly within defined turnaround times.
• Coordinate with sales teams and dealerships to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Address and resolve customer queries related to dues efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with collection standards and ethical guidelines.
• Regularly report collection status and progress to the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Completion of 12th grade or equivalent.
• Age: 18 years or older.
• Experience preferred in NBFCs, banking, collections, or field sales roles.
• DRA certification is an advantage.
• Basic MS Office skills are required.
