Job description
Role Overview
We seek a Collection Executive to become a part of our Retail Finance Collections division. The primary task is to recover overdue loan payments via direct customer engagement and ensure adherence to company protocols.
Key Duties
- Proactively engage with customers to recover outstanding loan amounts.
- Conduct field visits to customers to negotiate repayment settlements.
- Manage repossession or surrender of vehicles linked to overdue loan accounts.
- Record customer interaction details, visit summaries, and contact updates within the Collection App.
- Ensure collections are deposited promptly within defined turnaround times.
- Coordinate with sales teams and dealerships to enhance recovery outcomes.
- Address and resolve customer queries related to dues efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with collection standards and ethical guidelines.
- Regularly report collection status and progress to the supervisor.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Completion of 12th grade or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Experience preferred in NBFCs, banking, collections, or field sales roles.
- DRA certification is an advantage.
- Basic MS Office skills are required.
