Role Overview

Key Duties

• Develop and implement the company’s vision, strategy, and comprehensive business plan focused on sustainable development.
• Lead all operations related to transportation, logistics, fleet management, warehousing, and supply chain functions.
• Expand the business through acquisition of new clients, forming strategic partnerships, and exploring new markets.
• Manage the company’s financial health, including budgeting, investments, and cost control strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to transportation laws, safety protocols, and government regulations.
• Build, guide, and motivate a top-tier executive leadership team.

Experience and Expertise Required

• Over 15 years of professional experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain management, or allied sectors.
• At least 8 years in high-level leadership roles or executive management.
• Demonstrated capability in overseeing extensive transportation networks, fleet operations, or logistics systems.
• Solid background in commercial strategy, financial oversight, and operational leadership.
